（中央社記者葉素萍台北4日電）工鬥連線日前嗆民進黨總統候選人蔡英文「面試當奴才」，工鬥連線今天推派代表會見蔡英文。蔡英文說，這是好的開始，「若你們不會對我太兇的話，我們可以好好坐下來談事情」。

工鬥連線日前在七大工商團體論壇嗆蔡英文「面試當奴才」，工鬥連線下午推派15名代表赴民進黨中央黨部，他們提出六問，要求蔡英文具體回應。

原訂1小時，最後會談近2小時。蔡英文提到，她覺得這樣的討論很好，幕僚早先有點擔心會「走針」，但面對面是好的開始。

蔡英文說，「今天只是一個開始」，未來可能也會常見面，不論是在會議見面，或可能在街頭見面，都希望是累積的過程，持續改善勞工處境。

蔡英文提到，國道收費員畢竟是政府應該要扛起的責任，政府必須要求企業扛起這個責任，這件事要積極處理，沒有理由讓國道收費員自己抗爭這麼久；過去民進黨不是執政者，可以做的比較有限，希望1月16日讓她有做更多事情的機會。

她也說，民進黨長期以來與勞工是比較接近的；政府的存在就是要照顧弱勢，「或許有時候我們沒有注意到，沒有充分感受到，但千萬不要懷疑我們的誠意，不要懷疑我們對台灣的這份責任感，街頭抗議我可以接受，至少你們提醒我們有些事要坐下來好好談一談」。

蔡英文說，若1月16日她當選，520就職總統，她還是希望大家常常來找她，「若你們不會對我太兇的話，我們可以好好坐下來見面談事情，只要我排得出時間，溝通的管道是存在」；蔡英文並與代表逐一握手致意。

蔡英文幕僚林萬億會後指出，民進黨答應，國定假日應全國一致，不分各種職業；要真正落實周休二日，必須修勞基法，同時落實勞動檢查；蔡英文會中強調，制度的改變，必須達到降低工時，又不降低應得的薪資保障。

至於國道收費員問題，林萬億說，除了責成勞動部給予一對一職涯諮詢，協助轉職，對於年資問題，將責成交勞動部、交通部與遠通電收組成專案小組，了解個別年資差異，再提出專案性補貼計畫，經行政院核定後，給予合理補貼，解決現在僵局。1050104
